my stay was amazing as I could easily roam around and explore the historical Galata Tower just a minute’s walk away, while also enjoying delightful bites at nearby cafes like Velvet Cafe and Koskeroglu Kebap, all within a few steps from my hotel.

Our stay in the Superior Deluxe Double or Twin Room was delightful. The breakfast served in the courtyard was exceptional. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant felt overpriced.

Our mornings began with a tantalizing Turkish breakfast, courtesy of Hakan's cheerful service. The Galata Suite was vast and beautifully designed, located just steps away from iconic landmarks.

Though our room faced an uninspiring street and had some ambient noise, it didn't detract much from our overall experience in this vibrant city.

Despite the hotel’s charm, my experience was clouded by several disappointments. The breakfast system was unnecessarily complicated, with limited options that made it hard to enjoy a traditional Turkish meal. the prices for drinks at the bar felt excessively high, and I was overwhelmed by traffic noise from my street-facing room, which detracted from the hotel's otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

The King Room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after long days of exploring. Exceptional hospitality from the staff, especially in accommodating requests and providing personalized touches, added an extra layer of warmth to my stay. Breakfast featured an impressive variety, including traditional Turkish dishes, making each morning delightful. Though the location was close to major attractions, navigating the uphill paths might be challenging for some guests.

We had a wonderful stay in the Suite with Garden View for 4 nights. The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and perfect for our family with a proper cot provided for our baby. The Turkish breakfast was absolutely delicious and indulgent, and the head waiter was so attentive, remembering our coffee orders after just one day. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a minute's walk from Galata Tower yet in a quiet side street. Staff were excellent and very accommodating, quickly moving us to the wing with an elevator when we had concerns about carrying the pram.

The hotel has a lovely design, and I appreciated how they accommodated me early due to my pregnancy, which allowed me some much-needed rest after the flight. I enjoyed relaxing in the garden space and loved the rooftop area for sunset views. Just a heads up, there was some noise from traffic near the street-facing rooms, but it didn’t spoil my overall experience. 🌞

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend excursion in Istanbul with good value considering the price it charged. The staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting us with our luggage upon arrival. If possible, try to get a room away from the street for a quieter experience.

The hotel is just beautiful, with exceptional cleanliness everywhere. The breakfast was a feast, especially the Turkish options, and the staff treated me like family. So welcoming and attentive, they made my stay unforgettable.
